Return & Exchange Policy

For any return, refund or exchange requests please email hello@emmcreativearts.com. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may submit a request up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

FAQ 

1. What items are considered returnable? 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Will EMM Creative cover shipping costs? 

  • In the case of an exchange or return any shipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

  • In the case of a refund, shipping and handling fees on the original purchase are not refundable.

3. How can I process a return or exchange? 

  • Email us at hello@emmcreativearts.com for any return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the item. 

  • Include images in case of defected or damaged items. 

  • For an exchange, let us know the original purchase size and the new size you would like to order. 

4. How long will it take to process a return or exchange? 

  • Once we receive your request and approve the return or exchange, we will provide you with details for shipping the item back to us. 

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange in 5-7 business days.   

5. Can I return or exchange an item in person? 

  • If you are located in the Greater Vancouver area and would like to return your item and pick up any new items in person, let us know via email and we would be happy to accommodate the request.

Care Instructions

  • Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
  • You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
  • Can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.
  • When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
  • Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
